ANNUAL PICNIC – INDEPENDENCE DAY PICNIC - JUNE 13TH, SATURDAY
This year’s annual picnic will be held on June 13th, Saturday, from 11-5 pm at the Centennial/Pena Park in Muldoon. Chairperson is Gladys (952-6531) and Co-chair is Nez (350-0219). We have food contest for Best Adobo and Best Sinigang. Please label your dish with fish, pork, or beef. We also have Karaoke contest. Also, we are looking for volunteers for the committees for this event. If you would like to participate in any of the committees, please contact Gladys or Nez. We need members for set up, clean up, foods, games (kids and adults), food contest, raffle/drawings, door prizes, etc.

CHRISTMAS Party

The party was a success!! Many members and friends attended. Food was plentiful, the program kept attendees entertained, and there were lots of goodies from Santa for the children. A BIG BIG THANK YOU to Members and Officers: Merba, Imelda, Quint, Nic, Mayette, Kevin, Allyn, Gladys, Honeylet, Evelyn1, Evelyn2, Fran, Marlon, Roy, Anita, Estela, Fred , Linda and MANY MORE and to all who helped with event - you know who you are– the list is long. Christmas Party

Christmas Party will be held on Saturday, December 13th, 2008. Chairperson for this event is Merba Bartolome (336-2511), and Co-Chair is Imelda (764-8387) and the Program Coordinator is Nic (245-1572). We need more volunteers for food, decorations, set up and clean up, etc. If you would like to participate to the committee, please call Merba or Imelda. As usual, we will have food, entertainment, songs, dances and karaoke. We are going to have another Parole/Lantern contest. Requirements in joining the contest will be attached to this notice.


AUCTION – There will also be a silent auction. Evelyn is in charge for this event. If you have some stuff to donate, please call Evelyn at 333-8669 or bring it to our next meeting, November 29th.


CHRISTMAS RAFFLE TICKETS - We have sold several booklets. However, we still need to sell a lot more tickets. Please help. For those who have helped so far, Thank you all for your assistance. If you need more tickets to sell or buy please contact any of the officers listed above.

Cost for the ticket is $10.00 each ticket. If you need tickets to sell, please call Merba at 336-2511 or any officers listed above.

Grand Prize is a round trip ticket to the Philippines or $1,500.00 CASH.
Consolation Prizes are ten (10) $100.00 CASH each.
